Jon Harding, CPA, CA
I am a CPA, CA with a long career leading complex organizations in both the private and public sector. Over the years, I have overseen finance, facilities, IT, risk management, and large-scale administrative teams—work that taught me the importance of clarity, transparency, and thoughtful decision-making.
After serving as CFO and Secretary-Treasurer for Surrey Schools, Vice-President of Finance and Administration at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, and Director of Financial Services for the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, I decided to bring my experience back to where it matters most: helping individuals and families directly.
Today, I focus on working one-on-one with clients to strengthen their financial position through practical planning, tax-aware strategies, and advice grounded in decades of real-world leadership. My goal is simple—to help people feel informed, supported, and confident in the financial decisions that shape their future.

Suzi Park, CFA
Suzi is a Portfolio Manager at Harness Investment Management. Pavonine Sun Financial has partnered with Harness Investment Management as an independent portfolio management firm to deliver world-class investments to our clients.
Suzi has built her practice by focusing on exceptional client service and building trust with her clients. Prior to joining Harness Investment Management, she specialized in private investments, developing and implementing customized portfolios to each clients' unique circumstances. Suzi graduated with a bachelors in violin performance from McGill University and is a CFA charter holder.
